Wonder if someone can help me.
I let out property and at the moment cannot afford to replace all the windows.
I have 37 properties and the windows need replacing however we are having problems due to credit crunch.
I have done some research and found that people are using a type of platic that sticks to the window via a special tape.
I found some of these on e-bay but i am not a ebay user. I found some on a website (Google "window-insulation.co.uk")
Has anybody used this stuff and does it work.
Please help as i am desperate now.
