Dot n dab or plaster concrete ceiling?

I have about 1000M2 of concrete slab ceiling to finish. I don't have the option of framework because of the clearance needed. Does anybody know the best method (gyp bond-it, float and skim) or (dot n dab and skim)? I'm also struggling for a labour rate to charge as it's not a very nice task.

batten it and p/board it,gyp-liner and p/board it.you cant dot & dab it.you can float & set it.if it is in the south i could give you a rate for it.
