hey, really just wanted some advice before wading in with something.
My partners house is getting noticeably colder now and a quick check in what loft space there is, (its been converted into a bedroom) there's very little insulating material up there.
My problem is the access hole is too small and the actual space itself is only a couple of feet wide and high due to the angle of the roof and the shape of the room itself. Which doesn't amount to much room all in!
My idea was to fit in a floating ceiling where space will allow around the exposed beams and add a layer of insulating material flush to the existing ceiling.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys |
