Retting the dusk till dawn lights outside carpark lighting

After a recent power cut, the lights outside the private carpark won't swicth off during the day.
Is there a way to reset them?

how long have they stayed on for?
try switching off for a while at the switch or isolator.
some work different, what type are they make, model etc....

Switch it off for 10 secs & turn back on

Its not the lights its the timeswitch which operates them. The landlord of the private carpark should know where the timeswitch is so talk to him and and get it fixed.
