vokera linea 24 not working

I have a problem with my boiler . I have drained the system down and i have fitted a new pump but all of my rads are still cold and my hot water is not very warm please can you help me

does the pump run ?
room thermostat turned up ?
have you vented pump and radiators ?
opened any auto or manual airvents ?

Yes in answer to all of the questions. If we have the upstairs rads on the downstairs don't warm up and vice versa.

You firstly said the radiators were cold, now you're saying:

'If we have the upstairs rads on the downstairs don't warm up and vice versa'

Which is it ?

If we have upstairs rads on downstairs don't get warm and if we turn the rads off upstairs it will get lukewarm downstairs thanks htg engineer

Check pump, could be that the impeller has broken or came away from the motor.

When the boiler is on central heating only, place your hand on the DHW outlet, if the pipe gets hot - then it'll be the diverter sticking, with the taps not being open the heat will build up in th pipes and boiler - the boiler will detect it has reached the desired temperature and shut down.

If still no luck - get a heating engineer out to check gas pressures etc.
