Hi PIZZA,
You can tape the joints up using a nylon self adhesive scrim and then fill joint out with a jointing compound (I use easyfill). You will have to fill joints out two or three times ideally using tapered edge boards. After each application it will need a light sand down, when happy the wall is in good order it will need priming before painting. Regards KB
