wallpaper problems

hi lads got a small prob that you may be able to help me with. I need to remove a boarder from a painted room but the boarder has been fixed straight to the plaster board. How can i get it off without taking the plaster board off.

Not a small problem ZAc, probably the biggest problem known to man...! No available remedy except very very careful application of a sharp scraper I'm afraid.
