WASHER NOT STOPPING PUMPING

My indesit wil 103 drainage pump got blocked so i cleaned it out . Now its not responding to any programs. It spins when empty but not with washing in. Its pumping water strait out and it keeps pumping when you switch the power off for about 2-3 minutes. Can any one help plz plz plz
