washing line

Did'nt quite know were to post this , so thought here will do...Do anyone know where I can get a small wind-up pulley, I want to put up a washing line, fix it one end and then connect it to a small wind-up pulley, I do not want the normal, rope and cleat tie-off system as wife has to use a crutch with one hand all the time , so thought a wind-up winch would be best, like they have on window openers, etc,,, thanks ...
