washing machine leaks after water supply was frozen
My machine is outside in shed, the water supply was frozen but is now ok. However the machine leaks even when not switched on. Any ideas why?
Water has frozen in the machine, expanding to crack the pipes.
Water is likely to be delivered to the machine under pressure, and as there's now a crack, the machine will leak even though it's not on (as water is sent to it under pressure). Rgds
