Trustmark and the NHIC
Hi I have had this problem most machines have a cable attached to the door lock whiich is attached to a switch on the motor which useally releases the cable when the machine has stopped my cable became jammed as it had freyed inside the casing you should be able to get to it through the top of the machine make sure you unplug from the wall first if you are not sure how to do this I would call an engineer its quite straight forward and not very expensive.
