Hi all,
Next doors garden sees to be higher than the floor level of my garage - water is getting through the brickwork and making the garage damp and wet, basically ruining everything in there.
The problem I have is they have decking going down half the side and a shed the other half making it almost impossible for me to get to that side of the wall.
What are my options realistically to prevent it my side?
I’ve tried to coat it with bitchumin but it still seems to come through or come up the floor further along?
