Water tank system, water not working after draining tanks!

Please help! I emptied my cold and hot water tanks and have refilled them again but I have only cold water downstairs and very little hot water! But I have nothing at all upstairs apart from a drizzle from cold water tap in bath tub and nothing in the sink!! Please could anyone help me !!

Nick69,
You have air locks in both systems and need to clear them.
Try using a wet vac to suck on the taps when they are open, if this fails use a mains hose to blow into each of the outlets in the cold tank.
