Weather moulding for PVC front door

This is my first post, and I'm not sure if this is even in the right forum! :shock:

I have a white PVC/PVCu/uPVC front door, and the small triangular weather moulding at the bottom of the dorr has broken clean in half.

Ideally, I'd like to replace just the moulding, but cannot find a supplier either locally or online to buy one. The other option is to glue the thing back together, but I don't know what kind of adhesive to use.

Can anyone offer any help? I'm in the Herts/Deleted area near Stansted Airport.
