What are Crosswater taps like?

Hi,

I'm just after advice and opinions about Crosswater stuff.

My girlfriend has found a website, after hearing about it on the radio or some such. It appears to sell Crosswater and Bauhaus stuff and is keen to buy some stuff for our bathroom. I've looked over the Crosswater taps here http://www.cw4u.co.uk/crosswater/crosswater-taps-bathroom.html and they seem to hype up the quality of construction a lot but I have never heard of them. Has anyone used them before? are they worth the price? certainly the warranty they offer seems attractive but I would rather have something that didn't go wrong instead of something that will be easily replaced.
