Which Order for Various Trades When Renovating Property?

by Mrpotatoman » Wed Aug 03, 2016 11:36 pm

Hi,

I'm renovating a run down house. Kitchen cabinets have been ripped out but old pipes still there. I have the following to do:

1. Replace gas and water pipes in kitchen and bathroom and water pipes in cloakroom.

2. Plaster, tile, paint kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom.

3. Install bath, shower screen, sink, toilet in bathroom.

4. Install toilet and sink and radiator in cloakroom.

5. Install kitchen cabinets, counter, sink, gas oven and hob.

My question is, which order would you do the above in?

Thanks
