    Which pull saw to buy?

I have trees at an allotment site which need cutting down.
The trees are trimmed annually to about 2m but cannot be completely removed as other hedging is present which must not be damaged.
I have been told that a Japanese pull saw is what I need so the question is which to buy and does it have to be Japanese?
I don't particularly want cheap Chinese which will not last BUT, if there is a good Chinese type then I will consider.
There are several on ebay but I don't want to spend too much, preferably less that £10.
    Please offer your suggestions.
