Why is my house so cold, even in the summer months

I live in a 3 bed detached chalet type bungalow. It has all the insulations in the walls, roof etc, all windows and doors have been replaced with double glazing.
It is warmer outside than indoors.
In winter months it is cold in here , I have central heating.
Any ideas how to get my home warmer.

If your home is cold even when it is hot outside this suggests that the insulation is good; if it were too hot in the summer and too cold in winter this suggests that heat is being lost too quickly in winter and gained in summer. The insulation stops the heat entering in the summer, keeping your house cool.

If the insulation is good then you might want to look at the heating system to see if it is performing well.

Beyond this guess, with the little information you have provided it is really hard to say anything more.
