Will a megaflow cylinder be compatible with our boiler?

We are looking to get a megaflow cylinder but will it be compatible with a Gloworm Spacesaver Mk II boiler with 150K BTU and was installed in 1990?

I don't think that you boiler has a manual reset overheat thremo stat, and so would not be safe to connect to a megaflo. Buy a Santon cylinder instead a get a new boiler with the change; much cheaper than megaflo and every bit as good.
