windows wont open

hi my windows wont open anymore and all i get told is that i need new windows the windows were installed on 1995 yeah there old but they are really good conditon and they were purchased from aladdin windows in staffordshire does anyone know if this company stillexxist in staffs the loccking mechanism has broken inside and i just cannot open them i have been told parts are not avaible anywhere is right please contact me asap on this matter thankyou
