Wooden Dancefloor Diva Disaster!!
Recently sanded down the floor to a small function room and applied 3 coates of a water based varnish. Then had a party on it a week later and womens stilletto's are chipping away the wood already. Can revarnish these areas I guess, but a total resanding or new floor is out of the question!! Is there a substance that can be applied to seal it and protect it from such severe battering. If boats and theatres are made of wood and last, then sure as eggs there must be a dance floor equivalent!! Need help PDQ as next function just under 3 weekis away. Small budget relatively, thats why no to new floor or resanding again.
