Followed manufactures instructions checked diaphragm, its fine, checked thermistors with mutli-meter, good readings, but still no pump no fan no nothing

Even checked the readings on the thermistors at the harness to the pcb, including the micro-switch at the diverter valve went short at the harness when I pressed the lever in

Have you checked to see if there's power to the pump or fan ?

If there's power to the PCB but no power to the pump, fan or gas valve - then you're probably looking at a new PCB.

Also worth checking the 2 x 2amp anti-surge fuses on the PCB, if one of these has blown it could be one of the above at fault, check the pump, fan and gas valve with your multi-meter.
