worcester 24i hot water problem

Hi people, wonder if you could help, im a corgi reg. eng. and have a problem with an old worcester combi 24i , in hot water mode, the hot water is not constant, it tends to fluctuate between hot and cold. My expertise is in installation more than breakdown ,so any advice with this problem would be appreciated

Does the burner stay on ? or cutting on and off ?

Check sensors, and check the heat isn't being lost via the boiler flow - diverter fault.

hi htg engineer, thanks for the post, yea the burner goes off and on, the htg side is off
