worcester highflow 400 heat exchanger

does anyone know how to remove and descale heat exchanger on this model? have been quoted £245 by manufacturers!!!!!!

this is a mean job if you are referring to the domestic plate heat exchanger,you are sure its the heat exchanger thats gone what symptoms are you having?

Go with that price from the manufacturer as this is a pig of a job to do and you will be covered if they find anything else that is wrong as they would more than likley have the parts on board. :(
