Worried I've Chased too Deep into Wall and Weakened it?

by daveyboixxx » Mon May 16, 2016 1:53 pm

Hi, just after some advice really.

I have done a 2.5 metre long horizontal cable chase.

I obviously didn't do enough research as I went around 30mm into the blocks.

The actual chase may not be this deep but the drill holes are. (I suppose this doesn't make much difference)

I'm just wondering what I can do to check if the wall is now weakened and how long it may take to show signs...

Thanks in advance

Further info

It's on an outside wall of a bungalow and the chase is around 25mm wide

I used bonding plaster to fill and then Easy fill on top
