Would under floor heating cause new plastered ceiling to crack

Hi
Could anyone tell me if underfloor heating would course a new plaster ceiling to form tiny cracks round spot lights.The ceiling was artex before but it was unibonded and plastered over.Now there is tiny spider web cracks formed round spot lights.

its the heat from the lights that probably caused the cracks

I did not agree how light heat will make crack? Might be any other reason for these cracks so any body have experience like that?
