WRINKLED LINING PAPER

A pipe leaked in my upstairs bathroom & has left a wrinkled patch of lining paper on the wall in my living room where the water bubbled up behind it.
The wall is dry now but does anyone know how to fix/repair the wrinkled paper?

Hi sweete, you haven't put a lot to go on. Is the wall water stained, how big is the area, is the lining paper painted and if so how long ago was it done. If you could put a bit more information I may be able to give decent answer.
