Citroen Picasso - Speedo has been replaced by two dashes

I'm hoping anyone can advise on what to do next. Speedo reading on my Pistachio seems to have disappeared (apart from v. briefly when you switch the ignition on) and then just appears as two dashes. The handbrake warning message also comes on when you start it up (which it didn't do before )

Hi

Cool! It's only that I know of a similar issue that involved the fuel pump and this ended up causing a lot of issues including yours. I will attempt to contact the mate that had this problem and see if he knows of a solution. I will let you know if I have any luck.
