Hello,
I'd appreciate some help regarding my 1994 Nissan Micra. Generally she's been a good little runner but recently she has begun to not start when it has rained heavily. She will tho start if towed but needs to be at about 20miles per hr. I have had the battery changed at the advice of my mechanic - although there never seemed to be any issues turning the engine over and the spark plugs do seem to be firing. I was wondering if it could be that the HT leads connecting the engine to the coil pack could be a bit loose, as when I removed them to spray with WD40 they seems very wet and ill fitting. My mechanic is suggesting that I have a new coil pack but really I'd like to keep the costs down as I'm getting new car next week and would just like to be able to sell her on if possible as she has been extremely reliable up until now. So I guess I'm asking for peoples thoughts regarding this.
