The Tilers Multi-Tool has a useful eyelet for convenient carrying, the Multi-Tool is a must-have companion for any tiling job - DIY or professional.

Using the Tilers Multi-Tool:

It's particularly important to lay the first tile perfectly evenly and the depth gauge function (fins) of the Multi-tool will help to ensure that the tile is laid to a consistently even depth. Generally, the 10mm fin is for walls and the 15mm fin is for floors.

The fins of the Multi-tool can also be used to check the spacing between tiles. (2mm and 4mm)

You can quickly identify an uneven tile using the edges of the Multi-tool. If there's a gap under the edge, then the tile needs adjusting before the adhesive sets.

The 2mm and 4mm cross spacers on the sides of the multi-tool can also be used to align the grout lines correctly at tile intersections.

Before grouting, it's important to make sure the grout lines are clear of adhesive, spacers, debris etc so that a full depth of grout can be inserted and the adhesive remover on the Multi-tool is perfect for the job. And if you slip, you won't scratch a tile!

When you've inserted the grout, the grout finisher on the Multi-tool will give you a nice smooth finish for a professional look. There are two sizes, one for narrow grout lines and one for wide lines.

We deliver throughout the UK and standard delivery times are 2-5 working days. We try to exceed this delivery time wherever we can. We also offer a express delivery service when available giving a next working day service if ordered before 1 pm (10 am for Eco Solutions products). Confirmation of delivery will be made on receipt of the order.

We will always try to exceed our stated delivery times where possible or dispatch orders for delivery on the next working day after our cut-off whenever possible.

Our returns policy allows you to return any item if it is not what you require within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

The DIY Doctor store is open and available for delivery orders.

Our range of products is reduced to focus on products that are essential, or safe to pick and dispatch.

Delivery times will be extended by up to 5-7 days as we deal with orders while following government distancing guidelines.

Bank Holidays

We do experience an increase in orders over Bank holidays which can lead to delays in processing orders. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If there are any potential delays we will contact you directly to inform you.

Free Delivery:

Where products have been quoted as having free delivery or delivery included, this will not apply for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands due to the excess delivery charges incurred reaching these locations. Delivery costs can be seen by entering your postcode into the basket.

Why do we charge delivery?

A great many of our customers purchase multiple products, so if we build the delivery charges into each item we will in effect be charging delivery on every product in their basket. We think it is fairer to charge a single delivery cost for the contents of the whole basket once. Some products do have delivery included; this is typically because they are dispatched from another location, generally direct from the manufacturer, as there are restrictions to how they can be delivered due to their size, or if they are liquids, for example.
