The IRWIN Vise-Grip 9AC Locking Panel Clamp provides quick clamping and alignment of autobody panels. The bottom jaw slides forward to clamp objects at 90° angle to the tool. Hex key adjusting screw that tightens to draw materials closer together and also provides controlled release.
