The Everbuild Range of Everflex Silicone 700 sealants are 310ml sized cartridges that are available in 3 colours - white, translucent and brown. All these colours will fit most common mastic or sealant guns.

The Everbuild 700 range of silicone sealants are a cost effective low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming.

Conforms to BS5889 Type A, except clause 9. SILICONE 700T is formulated as a high viscosity grade to give excellent tooling properties. Cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal.

The sealant remains permanently flexible, forming a tight rubber-like seal, and has a faster curing time than conventional low mod sealants with an extremely low dirt pick up. It is also flexible and waterproof giving a good sound seal for a professional finish.

The Everbuild 700 is ideal for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu / wood and all other window frames, sealing and as an adhesive onto PVCu, plastic trims and components. It is suitable as an expansion joint sealant or weather sealing and is also ideal for joint sealing to pre-formed panels, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, general glazing sealing, draught proofing, including repair work over existing sealant, glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing and roof weather sealing applications.

- Excellent adhesion - adheres to most common surfaces including glass, metals, plastics and wood.
- Low dirt pick up - important in PVCu work.
- Excellent flexibility - ± 50%.
- Excellent external weathering properties.

We deliver throughout the UK and standard delivery times are 2-5 working days. We try to exceed this delivery time wherever we can. We also offer a express delivery service when available giving a next working day service if ordered before 1 pm (10 am for Eco Solutions products). Confirmation of delivery will be made on receipt of the order.

We will always try to exceed our stated delivery times where possible or dispatch orders for delivery on the next working day after our cut-off whenever possible.

Our returns policy allows you to return any item if it is not what you require within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

The DIY Doctor store is open and available for delivery orders.

Our range of products is reduced to focus on products that are essential, or safe to pick and dispatch.

Delivery times will be extended by up to 5-7 days as we deal with orders while following government distancing guidelines.

Bank Holidays

We do experience an increase in orders over Bank holidays which can lead to delays in processing orders. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If there are any potential delays we will contact you directly to inform you.

Free Delivery:

Where products have been quoted as having free delivery or delivery included, this will not apply for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands due to the excess delivery charges incurred reaching these locations. Delivery costs can be seen by entering your postcode into the basket.

Why do we charge delivery?

A great many of our customers purchase multiple products, so if we build the delivery charges into each item we will in effect be charging delivery on every product in their basket. We think it is fairer to charge a single delivery cost for the contents of the whole basket once. Some products do have delivery included; this is typically because they are dispatched from another location, generally direct from the manufacturer, as there are restrictions to how they can be delivered due to their size, or if they are liquids, for example.
