Details

The Union 2100S StrongBOLT British Standard 5 lever deadlock is ideal for timber doors hinged on the left or right and they are suitable for doors up to 54mm thick. The 20mm deadbolt is locked or unlocked by the key from either side, and gives a secure positive deadlocking and additional resistance against attack.

2100S features an anti-pick, anti-saw and anti-drill security, chamfered bolt design that increases the performance of the lock under side load testing. The chamfer of the bolt also makes drilling attack more difficult. Supplied with covered escutcheon to match forend.

The StrongBOLT series of locks are recommended by insurance companies, kitemarked to BS3621: 2007 (British Standard) and have been approved by the police Secured by Design initiative. They are also covered by a 10 Year guarantee.

The radius inner forend for ease of installation, can be installed into many UK mortices without the need for additional carpentry or spoiling the edge of the door. The anti-pick and keyhole protection prevents forced entry by picking and the lock has hardened steel pins that provide resistance to attack from sawing.

Striking Plate Finished to match forend.
Face Plate Supplied with square face plate which covers a radius inner forend.
Deadbolt with hardened steel rollers.
Rebate Kit 2100REB 13mm or 26mm.
Keying Groups Supplied to differ or to pass/keyed alike.

We deliver throughout the UK and standard delivery times are 2-5 working days. We try to exceed this delivery time wherever we can. We also offer a express delivery service when available giving a next working day service if ordered before 1 pm (10 am for Eco Solutions products). Confirmation of delivery will be made on receipt of the order.

We will always try to exceed our stated delivery times where possible or dispatch orders for delivery on the next working day after our cut-off whenever possible.

Our returns policy allows you to return any item if it is not what you require within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.

Christmas 2018 Delivery dates:

Orders placed before 4pm on Wednesday the 19th December, subject to the product being in stock, will be dispatched for delivery to you in time for Christmas. If for any reason we cannot make this we will let you know as soon as possible.

Any orders received after this time and before 5pm on Friday the 21st December will be dispatched to you on an overnight carrier. However we cannot offer any guarantees that these will be delivered in time for Christmas; we'll do our best as we know how important it is! We will confirm delivery dates as soon as we know them and inform you if we feel your order might be at risk of not arriving in time.

Any orders received over the Christmas break will be dispatched on Wednesday 2nd January.

We all wish you a wonderful Christmas and a Happy, DIY-filled New Year!!

Bank Holidays

We do experience an increase in orders over Bank holidays which can lead to delays in processing orders. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If there are any potential delays we will contact you directly to inform you.

Free Delivery:

Where products have been quoted as having free delivery or delivery included, this will not apply for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands due to the excess delivery charges incurred reaching these locations. Delivery costs can be seen by entering your postcode into the basket.

Why do we charge delivery?

A great many of our customers purchase multiple products, so if we build the delivery charges into each item we will in effect be charging delivery on every product in their basket. We think it is fairer to charge a single delivery cost for the contents of the whole basket once. Some products do have delivery included; this is typically because they are dispatched from another location, generally direct from the manufacturer, as there are restrictions to how they can be delivered due to their size, or if they are liquids, for example.
