For those concerned about the effects of global warming and the ability to save energy and help to save our planet for the future, Black & Decker have produced the TLD100 thermal leak detector unit. If tracking down power-draining drafts in your home is literally driving you up the wall, this clever infrared scanner will effortlessly uncover those hidden leaks.
The LDT100 thermal leak detector will help you to identify and give advanced warnings of the issues and highlight areas for concern with the inefficient insulation of your home or work place, as there are a number of appliances that like- TV's, VCR's, cable boxes, DVD and CD players, cassette decks, cordless phones, microwaves that all may still use energy when switched off. This energy keeps display clocks lit and memory chips and remote controls working.
This unit is powered by a single 9 Volt Alkaline battery that sits neatly into the handle where the switch is located. The switch changes the unit from Fahrenheit or Celsius. There is a bright large LED display.
Black & Decker TLD100 is not just for the home environment, it can also be used in the automotive trade as a great diagnostic tester for car engine troubles such as overheating.
Black & Decker TLD100 thermal leak detector displays a bright large LED display to show of the temperatures in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The detector automatically switches between shining a blue light for cooler leaks, or a red one for hotter targets, thereby making analysis of a problem area easy.
So now with the Black & Decker TLD100 you can make your home more comfortable and energy efficient and a better environment to live in.
We deliver throughout the UK and standard delivery times are 2-5 working days. We try to exceed this delivery time wherever we can. We also offer a express delivery service when available giving a next working day service if ordered before 1 pm (10 am for Eco Solutions products). Confirmation of delivery will be made on receipt of the order.
We will always try to exceed our stated delivery times where possible or dispatch orders for delivery on the next working day after our cut-off whenever possible.
Our returns policy allows you to return any item if it is not what you require within 14 days of receipt. This is as long as it has not been used and is returned in its original undamaged packaging.
Any orders placed after Midday on Thursday 13th April may not be delivered until Friday 21st April. We will aim to get all orders taken over the Easter weekend dispatched on Wednesday 19th April.
Where products have been quoted as having free delivery or delivery included, this will not apply for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands due to the excess delivery charges incurred reaching these locations. Delivery costs can be seen by entering your postcode into the basket.
Why do we charge delivery?
A great many of our customers purchase multiple products, so if we build the delivery charges into each item we will in effect be charging delivery on every product in their basket. We think it is fairer to charge a single delivery cost for the contents of the whole basket once. Some products do have delivery included; this is typically because they are dispatched from another location, generally direct from the manufacturer, as there are restrictions to how they can be delivered due to their size, or if they are liquids, for example.
