It was very flattering to find DIY Doctor features in the Telegraph’s ‘Top 50 interior design websites’ this weekend. It set me to wonder how many DIY and ‘lifestyle’ websites, blogs and micro-blogs there are out there?
Just out of interest I put ‘DIY website’ into Google and it returned 206,000,000 results. Searching ‘DIY Twitter’ returned 340,000,000 results. That’s a bit mind-boggling isn’t it?
It just goes to show it is all about quality and not quantity. Although we do have loads of quantity too, having around 30,000 pages of help and advice for homeowners and self-builders, plus an online toolstore (our DIY Superstore), and an ever-growing selection of videos which include ‘How to’ Tutorials, product reviews, tool reviews and tool hire advice.
So to brag a bit about what DIY Doctor does we thought we would share with you the things that our users and readers tell us are the best bits about DIY Doctor.
‘How To’ DIY Projects

Well nearly!
