3 phase

Post by sulaiman » Wed Mar 04, 2009 7:06 pm

hi guys, i have a machine that came with 4 cables Black (N), Brown (L1), Grey (L3) and earth (E) so i connected it onto my 3phase broad but i left the L2 unconnected. Do you think that is ok?

if i have a problem with it like (if the power keep cutting off) can i change the breaker from 20mA to 30mA.

Can i use a flex cable (from the main board to the machine).

Thank you!!

sorry but you clearly haven't a clue about electrics! This is very dangerous.
if you have a machine with three core and earth cable for 3 phase they are BROWN = L1, BLACK=L2, BLUE = L3. NO NEUTRAL!!! Get qualified help before you kill someone! PLEASE!!!
