Advice on Boiler Repair for Faulty Gloworm Boiler

by Canaryman » Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:08 pm

My gloworm boiler is faulty ,the hot water taps are running really slow almost stopping in bathroom when kitchen turned on .called out a plumber who turned up with his mate looked at the tap and said I needed a new heat exchange unit .quoted a price of around £500 plus vat depending on time to fit. Does this sound ok or am I being ripped off advise please
