Postby Joona » Thu Feb 20, 2014 11:29 am

Hi

We are currently privately renting our house and have plans to decorate and possibly install and electic fire place into an open brick fire place, what i need to know is is it best to cap the chimney off at the top to help prevent heat loss and wind and rain getting in or would a chimney baloon do the same job.
