Hi this happened about a month back and I've just literally seen it happen again in front of my eyes, on my balcony, the window frosting outside(whatever it is called) is cracking/peeling, this is a lining behind the window, not the actual glass. Directly behind that is brown insulation, and then there is the wall inside my apartment, plasterboard, I'm assuming.... It's very hard to explain without attaching a video. I just can't work out why it is doing it. Number 1, it looks unsightly Number 2, I'm concerned that something sinister is going on between the window/insulation and the internal wall. The insulation seems to have moved too. Any advice? Many thanks
