Angled/Gable Roof Abutment and Damp

Postby MHAG » Sat Nov 09, 2019 2:03 pm

We have a angled/gable abutment with damp penetrating through below the angle of the guttering. The gutter from above drains onto this pitched roof.
Is this an overload problem (just need higher capacity gutter), or a flashing problem? Or something else.....?
Been in house 10 years, only just noticed bubbled plasterwork inside where algae/moss outside as pic.
All thoughts gratefully received.
