Anti Gravity Plumbing

Post by Knotty1 » Tue Jul 05, 2011 4:42 pm

Any ideas and advice please for the effective plumbing of a washing machine in an underground cellar so that the water flows up and out against gravity into drainage please? Do I need a pump of sorts. All ideas welcome. Thanks Knotty

Knotty1,
Try extending the waste pipe and see if the washing machine can pump the waste out. You may need to fit a non return valve to stop back flow.
