Hello, We have a planning application (Harrow, London) appoved for a rear extension. The approved planning application has a pitched roof, but we have decided to build a flat roof. And the building control application is also for a flat roof, but forgot about planning applicaiton. Will we be able to change the approved planning application from pitched to flat WITHOUT making another whole new planning application. By the way the build has already began and the walls are up to roof level.
I've contacted harrow council, but they have not responded. Any advise in this forum will be greatly appreciated.
