Art Deco Light

Post by erniewilson » Fri Oct 26, 2007 3:24 pm

I purchased an art deco light fitting in Prague several years ago and wish to now put it into my home as a feature.

It is wired as you would expect in the style of eastern european systems of the 30's.

Can this be re wired for use in the UK by standard electricians or does it need a specialist restorer or professional to re wire the thing?

thanks in advance

Hi erniewilson,
I also have some art-deco light fittings installed in my property and they look great.
There is no doubt it wants re-wiring and always get a pro in to do it, they are not that difficult to do, any good experienced sparky will have no problems. So not a specalist but a pro!
Best of luck
