Bath / Shower Mixer Taps

by Andrew R Jones » Thu Sep 25, 2008 2:13 pm

I am replacing standard taps with a Mixer tap. However their is a standard width between the pipes for most new Mixer taps 180mm. Rather than making more holes in the bath are there companies who produce a range of mixer taps?

As far as I know, that has been the standard for ever, so if you have tap holes with a different gap, it suggests the holes have been drilled by the installer in the wrong place. I do not know of a tap manufacturer who can supply taps with different spacings.
