What blank ?

There should be no water coming from pressure relief valve, pressure should be 1.0 - 1.5 bar when cold. When hot the pressure shouldn't rise above 3 bar, combi fill should be dis-connected and blanked.

If you're losing pressure, there's either a leak, the pressure relief valve is passing, the diaphragm in the pressure vessel is split (if pressure rises to above 3 bar, when system hot) or the combi fill is on/passing - overfilling system will open pressure relief valve.
