Baxi 133HE Ignition and Dry Fire

by racey macey » Fri Sep 01, 2017 10:15 pm

Hi, the other day there was a big pool of water under my boiler, coming from the top of the auto air vent. The boiler was working fine just water leaking. A plumber friend changed the air vent tonight and refilled the system and now the boiler wont light.

If I try to run hot water I get a Ignition fault and if I try the heating I get dry fire.
you can here the pump run, and the boiler start to light a few times then the fault lights start.

Any ideas before I go to the expense of getting an Engineer out. It is only a few months since n engineer was out and changed the burner, so I don't really want more expense.
