Hello, I hope someone can help?

We moved into our new house a couple of weeks ago and heating etc has been working fine but last night we noticed there was no heat coming from the radiators.We have hot water but no heating! The heating and boiler stays on for around 10 mins and then just stops working. If you turn it off and then leave it for a while then turn it back on again it works again for about 10 mins then stops again. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be before we call someone out?

if staying on for a couple of mins the shutting off doesn't sound like a problem with the boiler as going throughi it's sequece of operation! If hot water ok, could be a problem with circulation ie pump, run and feel ur pump if red hot that's ur problem, new pump!
