Belling FDW150 Dishwasher not heating Help, advice and problem solutions on all aspects of home appliances from washing machines to TV's

I have the Belling FDW150 and it starts the cycle, fills correctly, washes the contents but does not heat up the water at any point. It later empties the water correctly but with the drying cycle, as there is also no heat, it ends with an E3 error.
