Bends in Toilet connection

Post by giggler01 » Thu Feb 05, 2009 4:00 pm

I presently have a toilet that is connected directly to the soil stack from the rear.

Due to changes in bathroom I need move the toilet along the same wall approx 0.8 mtr to the left.

Can anyone tell me if it is okay to connect to the soil stack with pan connections that would contain two 90 degree bends.

In principle, that should be fine. What you need to be wary of is the fall. If a sensible fall cannot be maintained, the toilet may not flush properly and block.
