Bentley Traditional Lockshield Valve Problem

Post by olorian » Mon Jan 02, 2017 7:29 pm

Hi all,

I had a new radiator installed recently but not connected so I could decorate behind it.
I mounted it back on again tonight and brought it back up to pressure. When I went to open the lockshield valve though, there isn't any obvious pin to turn.
I have attached some pics of it.

Does anyone know if something is missing from the valve or am I just being thick?

Thanks.

Fixed it.
Seems that is an Alan key socket in the hole that opens the valve.
Doh.
